Cancellation Policy

A. Contract Duration and Renewal: All monthly plans are subject to a 3-month minimum contract. The Client will receive an initial full clean-up service at a $100 discounted price as part of the 3-month agreement. If the Client renews the contract before the 3-month expiration or extends it beyond a 3-month agreement, the upcoming seasonal full clean-up services will be waived and included with the renewal. Clients in monthly plans will receive: B. Payment Terms: Payment is due on the 1st of each month for monthly packages, or immediately following the completion of individual services. Payment may be made via credit card, bank transfer, or online through the Service Provider’s website. A late fee of 5% will be applied to payments not received within 7 days of the due date. C. Service Frequency: Services will be provided based on the selected plan or as needed for individual services. For monthly packages, the number of visits per month is fixed unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
